Appetizers will be ready at 5:45, with dinner served at 6:00pm Cost of a reservation is $5.00 per person, including children, and is non-refundable. Reservations are limited to the first 50 members and must be made in advance. At the bottom of this notice is a reservation form and proxy. If you cannot attend, it is very important that you sign and return the proxy form. If you attend, you may vote your shares even if a proxy is on file. Please include $5.00 per person with your reservation form. Make your check or draft payable to Kaskaskia Valley Community Credit Union. Reservations must be returned by Tuesday, January 26, 2010.
